The horizontal structure of the basement (2) + ground + 13 floor twinned towers incorporates an arrangement of split-level apartments, with the room spaces expanding upwards and downwards alternately.VHPT system as a post tension consultant provideed Post-tension solution with PT slabs upto11 span, to have flat ceiling without any beam.

Unique residential project with two ground + 2 storey bunglows connected by 18 m x 21 m, 600 mm thick voided slab supporting 450 mm thick garden soil in addition to other finishing and live loads. 2nd floor of both bunglows consists cantilever PT beams and slabs upto 33 m span.
